Our opening precis on Privacy
Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at the Green Vizion International Pte. Ltd. (Herein under referred to as "Green Vizion", and when the words "we", "us" or " our are used below, shall offer the same meaning of “Green Vizion”) We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
1. Our Services
1.1 Green Vizion, via the direct selling industry offers various digital services and tangible products such as (collectively, the “ Services”):
- Offering travel packages.
- Other legitimate products, soon to come available.
2. What personal and other information do we collect?
2.1 Information that you voluntarily provide us with:
2.1.2 Personal information that may be provided by you includes, but is not limited to:
1) contact information such as your full name, name, date of birth, current and valid email address, gender;
2) physical and postal address;
3) phone number;
4) payment methods or your banking details to enable what is due to you, to be paid to you from our system;
5) more detailed contact preferences;

7) information regarding your purchase history.
We do not collect information that is not needed by which to carry out our services to you. Our role is one of “Duty” conducted without favor nor prejudice with no ill-motive.

Cookies and tracking
2.2.2 We may set our own cookies and use third parties’ cookies.
2.2.3 We use different types of cookies, including:
1) Essential website cookies: these are important cookies as they are necessary to provide you with services available through our Website, such as access to secure areas.
2) Performance and functionality cookies: these cookies are necessary to enhance the performance and functionality of our Website but are non-essential to their use. However, without these cookies, certain functionality may become unavailable.

2.2.4 We do not use analytical or targeting advertising tools. We do not use Facebook pixel, Google Ads or other similar tools.

Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Website and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type and settings and information about your activity in the Website (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports [ sometimes called 'crash dumps'] and hardware settings).

2.2.7 Apart from cookies, we use other similar technologies, like web beacons, to monitor traffic, deliver and communicate with cookies, improve site performance. Similar to cookies you may opt out from web beacons at any time.
2.3 Data from third party sources
2.3.1 We may receive some information about you, such as name, email address, demographic information, IP address, location, and use of social media websites, from third parties.
2.4.1 You may decline to have your personal information collected via third party tracking technologies by navigating to the settings feature in your browser and declining all third party cookies or declining third party cookies from specific sites, or, for mobile, limiting ad tracking or resetting the advertise identifier via the privacy settings on your mobile device. But such opting out may cause a disruption or suspension of our services to you.
3.1 Minors and children under age of 18 (or other legal age of your country of residence) shall not use our Services. We do not knowingly provide any Services to minors. If you access our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, we can only take that at face value. In the case of there being a minor introduced by you, in doing so, you shall autonomously indemnify Green Vizion from all responsibility that stems from you’re your mala animo.
4. How do we use your personal information?
4.1. We only use your personal information for the following purposes:
4.1.1 to provide you with the Services that you requested.
4.1.2 to facilitate account creation and login process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and login process for the performance of the contract.
4.1.3 to post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Website that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and the content of the testimonial. We disclaim all responsibility from your wrongfully handing over your access codes for your Green Vizion account to another third party, who is not the rightful owner of the account.
8.5. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you shall immediately notify Green Vizion.
9. What kind of communications do we send? Is it possible to opt out?
9.1. Our Website sometimes will be sending you communication via email. Examples of such emails include an email welcoming you to the Website, a new user notification, verification emails, or any other emails that are required to operate your account such as account management email, or system notifications. You can stop some of these emails only if you terminate your account with our Website.
9.2. You might also receive emails that our Website believes will be useful for you as a user of the website. “Green Vizion” reserves the right without any prior communication to alter the compensation payout plan if the management of Green Vizion realizes that without changing the compensation plan could harm the company financially.
